OBVESTILO GLEDE OBDELAVE OSEBNIH PODATKOV
UDELEŽENCEV TEČAJA »OBVLADUJ STRES S ČUJEČNOSTJO«
V skladu s 13. členom Splošne uredbe o varstu podatkov (GDPR) vam posredujem informacije v zvezi z zbirko podatkov, pridobljenih na podlagi vprašalnikov, ki jih izpolnijo udeleženci ob začetku in zaključku tečaja »Obvladuj stres s čuječnostjo«. Vprašalnika vsebujeta naslednje osebne podatke udeležencev tečaja: ime in priimek, datum rojstva, zakonski stan, število otrok, zdravstvene težave, travmatske življenjske izkušnje, zdravila, ki jih trenutno jemlje, morebitno obiskovanje psihoterapije.

Namen obdelave osebnih podatkov: Osebni podatki, ki so navedeni v prvem odstavku tega obvestila, se zbirajo in obdelujejo za namene treninga »Obvladuj stres s čuječnostjo«, ki vsebuje vaje v zvezi s pozornostjo, meditacijske tehnike in nežne raztezalne (joga) vaje. Zbrani podatki omogočajo izvajalki treninga ustrezno izvedbo vaj, uresničitev namena tečaja in izpopolnjevanje le-tega.
Pravna podlaga za obdelavo osebnih podatkov je privolitev na osnovi podpisa tečajnika/ce na prijavnem in zaključnem vprašalniku za tečaj, v skladu z določbo točke (a) člena 6(1) Splošne uredbe o varstvu osebnih podatkov.
Zbrani osebni podatki se ne posredujejo tretjim osebam, bodisi znotraj Slovenije ali v tretjih državah.
Osebni podatki se hranijo za obdobje trajanja tečaja ter dodatno tri mesece po zaključku tečaja. V tem času izvajalka tečaja podatke, pridobljene iz omenjenih vprašalnikov, anonimizira, da jih lahko uporablja za lastno izobraževanje in razvijanje treninga. Po tem obdobju osebne podatke izbriše iz papirnih dokumentov in elektronskih medijev.
Glede na določbo 23. člena Splošne uredbe o varstvu podatkov imajo udeleženci/ke tečaja pravico zahtevati dostop do svojih osebnih podatkov in popravek ali izbris osebnih podatkov ter imajo pravico do ugovora obdelavi. Tovrstne zahtevke pošljejo na elektronski naslov izvajalke tečaja: anja@theurbanyoga.com. Udeleženci/ke tečaja lahko privolitev kadar koli prekličjo, ne da bi to vplivalo na zakonitost obdelave podatkov, ki se je na podlagi privolitve izvajala do njenega preklica.
